2021 Safe Schools Conference | Keeping Our Children Safe: Strategies for Schools and Communities

Third Thursday Online Learning Series
The 2021 Third Thursday webinar series, which will run January through June, will educate those new to the bullying prevention field and sharpen the skills of those who are experienced in this vital area. Webinars will cover essential topics including student safety and well-being skills, social-emotional wellness, cyberspace and more.
Third Thursday webinars are approved for Olweus Bullying Prevention Program Trainer recertification, Act 48 and NASW credits.
Bullying and Suicide: What Educators Need to Know

Lifelines™ Intervention Helping Students At Risk for Suicide
Lifelines Intervention is a school based three-tiered intervention model to prevent suicide. The first tier involves early identification and assessment of at-risk students, the second tier includes referral to community resources for additional support services and the third tier enhances protective factors which increase resilience and provide defense against stressors.
